Question-

Name: Gary I

Subject: Your 24 Yellowfins
Message: Can we get a picture of both your boats together and a comparison between the two. Are they set up the same or being you guys live in different parts of the Keys do you have them set up differently ?

Gary,

The boats are pictured above.  They are rigged about the same but there are some things that I did a little differently on mine.  Both boats have 3 HDS 12 units as the information system and are equipped with MotorGuide Xi5 trolling motors.  The MotorGuide Xi5 and Lowrance work together to allow control of the trolling motor through the electronics.  This lets us program courses, tracks or other things that we want to repeat.  We can also use the anchor mode and control it through the HDS units.  We both have double Power Poles and 300 Verados.

We choose to set up the switches slightly differently and put things in different places just for personal preference.

Another feature that I included is a much larger Lean Post box that is capable of holding Plano tackle boxes.  This is a major upgrade in my opinion.

All the best,

Tom Rowland
