The new Lowrance HDS Carbon Series now comes in 16 inches, and works faster than ever. On the Yellowfin, I have two Lowrance screens that show me the sonar and DownScan Imaging. With the DownScan feature, I am able to indicate what types of fish are near me, such as game or bait fish. This allows me to have better fishing experiences, because I know what I am targeting. On the Lowrance HDS Carbon Series, I am also able to customize my image screen to help me fish more efficiently. For example, if I wanted another option other than sonar or DownScan Imaging, I can choose from radar, chart, and other StructureScan features. Or, if I wanted all of these features on my screen at the same time, I can do that as well.
