Most children do not have the attention span to hunt for bonefish all day and truthfully don't even care to catch one. Rich Tudor has a 2 year old boy and Tom Rowland has an 8 year old boy who has twice been named the Key West Fishing Tournament Pee Wee Master Angler, a 6 year old who has twice been named runner up Pee Wee Master Angler, and a 2 year old girl who is definitely a Daddy’s girl and loves to catch all sorts of fish.

Family sportfishing is not something that we offer simply to make a buck. Family fishing is hard and it takes a patient Captain who has experience with Kids. The type of fishing chosen needs to match the skill level and attention span of the children. In the Florida Keys we have the ability to tailor trips to ANY skill level or attention span. Kids can do some incredible things and catch some fantastic fish if they are given the chance and the proper instruction.

We know that one cross word or spell of impatience may mean that the child may never want to fish again so all instruction is patiently given in a positive way.
